A Business Support Programme (BSP)
The First Visit - Absolutely FREE!
The first visit - which is free of charge and lasts for as long (or as short) a time as you need - will help determine if your business qualifies for a Business Support Programme (BSP). During this visit, all discussion is in absolute confidence and can be as wide-ranging or focused as you desire - providing insight and suggestions regarding different facets of the business. Often, the mere activity of discussion with a trusted and skilled 3rd-party can provide a completely new perspective on a problem or opportunity!
At this first meeting, we illustrate ways you may be able to gain assistance if accepted onto the BSP and sketch out a support programme for consideration. This first visit carries no obligation to continue and enter into a BSP.
The Support Process
Once a BSP has been agreed, the starting point is often to address a specific problem or opportunity. Within a relatively short period of time, our clients frequently extend this support to areas of the business that didn't at first seem to need addressing. The method of working with you through the BSP is so effective because accredited Associate(s) of the IIB are on-site and hands-on. The adviser(s) will therefore be available to recognise and deal with a host of areas within a business, as well as help with that one specific issue. All of this is done as a process of gradual transition not revolutionary change - so the business does not get disrupted.
The BSP is different for every business; it is a work in progress such that the pace of change suits your own business. In addition, neither you nor your adviser has a fixed or formulaic agenda - in fact you will have complete freedom to set your own agenda and change it as needed - working in the way that suits you.
The Associate Network - A "Virtual Corporation"
If you qualify for a BSP, you gain access to the worldwide network of accredited Associates through your local IIB Associate, bringing a vast array of highly valuable business knowledge, experience, specialist skills and business connections to bear on your business.
An Ethical Relationship
Associates accredited by the Institute have to abide by a Code of Conduct and a Code of Ethics, which includes the mandate to maintain complete confidentiality and at all times act in their clients' interests. As with any successful business relationship, the BSP is founded on establishing trust and mutual respect and maintaining that at all times.
Complete Flexibility
You will not be locked into a lengthy or costly commitment - a BSP can be turned on and off as needed. The process can be set up to be as broad and all-encompassing as necessary with regular weekly or monthly visits over a period of years - or can be as short and focused as a day or two.
